We do not replace lost or stolen pieces.
If the clay piece breaks (rarely this happens)We will happily replace these earrings depending on the supplies we have to make them. Or we will give you a full refund as long as the purchase was made in the last year. Unfortunately we do not do any repairs or refunds for purchases made more than a year ago.
